Exchange policy
At Evaara, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your jewellery is arriving damaged or broken, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to guarantee your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- You may exchange any damaged or wrong jewellery within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The jewellery must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any certificates or documentation provided.
- Unboxing Video To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Provide your order details and reason for the exchange
- Contact our support team at support.evaara@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your order.
- Submit your unboxing video to help us assess the issue and expedite your return.
Exchange Approval
Once the product is inspected and approved, we will process the exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.
